Mapepoxy BI
Two-component injection epoxy
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
- monolithic gluing of cracks and crevices due to overload, unintended effects, shrinkage, etc.
- gluing and reinforcement by injection into cracks and crevices
- sealing / sealing of cracks and fissures.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Mapepoxy BI is a two-component solvent-free epoxy. Component A (base) and component B (hardener) must be mixed before the product can be used.
Mapepoxy BI has a special formulation, which contributes to high capillary activity, and adheres perfectly to concrete and steel.
Mapepoxy BI does not contain benzyl alcohol or other plasticizers that can migrate from the product after curing under normal conditions. The product will remain unchanged throughout the life of the construction.
Mapepoxy BI has a very high mechanical strength and also adheres well to concrete in humid conditions.
Mapepoxy BI polymerizes without shrinkage and is waterproof after curing.
Mapepoxy BI has been assessed by the health authorities for use in contact with drinking water.
Mapepoxy BI complies with the principles
described in EN 1504-9 standard “Products and systems for repairing concrete structures. Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation of compliance. General rules for use of products and systems ”and the requirements described in EN 1504-5“ Concrete injection ”.

Purgel
One-component, easy-flowing, polyurethane-based injection material, intended for waterproofing concrete and rock where water leaks occur
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Waterproofing of concrete structures or masonry with cracks and fissures, where there are persistent water leaks with and without water pressure.
Waterproofing of stones and rocks, which are exposed to water leaks.
Usage examples:
Injection and waterproofing using injection hoses
Waterproofing of wells and water and sewerage systems where there is leaking water in joints or cracks
Repair of cracks in ponds, canals and piping with water pressure
Waterproofing of tunnels, where water leaks in through cavities, cracks or leaky joints between construction parts.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Purgel is a one-component polyurethane injection compound which is based on a unique blend of isocyanates, polymers and additives.
Purgel reacts with water to form a waterproof, stable and semi-hard foam.
Purgel also cures without contact with water and then forms a flexible injection material.
Purgel can be accelerated in the workplace by adding up to 4% Resfom 1KM AKS.
